"If you recall the first time we met, I said I'd rather have a root canal without anesthesia than build another new home. We discussed my experiences with other home projects in Boulder and elsewhere; you assured me the PCI experience would be different. You were right! 

 

Dealing with you and the PCI team was a wonderful experience. From initial architectural design review meetings, to the day we moved into our new home, PCI was with us all the way.

 

Pam and I had the benefit of your personal attention at every major decision point, and the PCI team was there at every other decision meeting. Your process made this a virtually painless experience.

 

Your construction teams were terrific to work with and they did a quality job. Even today when we see the guys around town they stop to chat and to make sure we're happy with our home.

II Just wanted to let you how much we have appreciated having PCI as our builder. All of you made the building process a real pleasure and a very easy experience. As first time builders, it was nice to know we could call and ask questions and get such a prompt response.
